MacPherson Building is owned by myself, Greg MacPherson. I am a 5th generation builder who has been in and around the industry throughout my life. MacPherson Building was a well known company under my late father, Paul MacPherson, in the 80's, 90’s, and into the 2000’s.
In recent years, both my father and I have worked for local contractors building high-end custom homes. Check out some of these pictures from the past!
I decided to open back up the business and dedicate myself to providing prestigious homes to my customers.
At MacPherson Building, we aim to focus on two main areas.
New construction
Spec homes — Building homes per our specs. These homes are built to the highest quality, then placed on the market to be purchased as move-in ready!
Custom homes — Building homes per our customers' specs. Our goal here is to fit their needs while also providing them with a pleasant building experience.
Renovations
Altering existing homes to better suit customers — We realize that some people are better off renovating an existing home to fit their family’s needs. We want to help renovate our customers current home, or work with them to find an available house that can be transformed into their dream home.
We realize that every customer is unique, and there isn’t one perfect solution that works for everyone. That is why we have adopted this philosophy, to ultimately give our customers their dream home, whichever way fits them best. Let us know if you are looking to build or renovate!
